Join the Johns Hopkins Carey Business School for its annual Infrastructure Symposium on February 25, 2025!

The Carey School is excited to welcome Amit Rikhy, CEO of Carlyle Airport Group as the keynote speaker. Carlyle is part of an innovative partnership that is remaking Terminal 1 at JFK International Airport. The 2.4 million square foot project, which is expected to cost $9.5 billion and create over 10,000 new jobs, is slated to open to the public in 2026. The new Terminal 1 will be setting a high bar for design and sustainability by featuring naturally lit public spaces, an indoor garden, and more than 300,000 square feet of dining, retail lounges, and recreational spaces.

Hear from Mr. Rikhy, as well as other experts, on Johns Hopkins University Bloomberg Center as educational infrastructure, how the government structures public private partnerships, and the current state of utility and energy assets.
